SUCCULENT & CACTUS PLANTS

Light: Part Sun to Bright Filtered Light. Most Succulents need some direct sun BUT PROTECT FROM DIRECT NOON DRY SUN IN HOT WEATHER.

Soil: Fast-draining soil is best. Add sand or pumice/rock to regular potting soil OR use specific cactus/palm/citrus potting soil.

Watering: Water deeply but let the soil dry between waterings. Prolonged moisture can cause rot.

AIR PLANTS

Light: Bright Filtered Light or next to a sunny window. South-facing window is best.

Watering: Wet 2-3 times per week with 5-10 squirts from a squirt bottle directly on the plant OR soak fro 4-8 hours every 1-2 weeks.

NOTE: Air flow is essential for air plants.

INDOOR PLANTS

Light: Bright Filtered Light close to a sunny window – South facing window is best. NO DIRECT SUNLIGHT.

Soil: Well-draining potting soil.

Watering: Water thoroughly 1-3 times per week. ONLY WATER WHEN TOP SOIL IS DRY.

TERRARIUM PLANTS

Light: Bright Filtered Light but NOT close to a window. The glass will cook the plants.

Soil: Keep soil damp but NOT soaking wet.

Watering: Not much water is required as the glass holds moisture. Once per week mist with 5-10 squirts from a squirt bottle.
